Returns Are Accepted: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items: ALL handmade, customized, and personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is because they are made uniquely for you.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We are happy to accept returns for non-customized, ready-to-ship items that are in brand new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

Handmade & Custom-Made Items: Any item that is made-to-order or crafted by hand after purchase.

Personalized Items: Any item that has been personalized with engraving, monograms, or any other custom alteration based on your specifications.

Items on Final Sale: Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of earrings for hygiene reasons, earrings are only eligible for return if the protective backing remains fully sealed and unbroken.

2. Return Timeframe
You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered (as shown by the carrier tracking) to contact us and initiate a return. Returns initiated after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at seeherpearls@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for Instructions: We will email you within 48 business hours with further instructions and a return authorization.

Ship It Back: Securely package the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please initiate a return for a refund as described above. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order on our website for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it ships. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at seeherpearls@gmail.com.

We will apologize for the error and arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping costs. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
